Directions
Most areas have good train or flight links with Glasgow. Here you will catch the rail link to Oban for the ferry crossing to Craignure.
If you are driving up and not being collected from Craignure.
As you come off the Ferry at Craignure turn left onto the A849. Keep on this road for 20 miles (you will love the views). You will then pass the Kinloch Inn and post office on your left hand side (with Loch Scridain on your right) and then take the next left sign posted Carsaig. This road is a little smaller than the one you have been on but don't worry, there are plenty of passing places. Follow this road for a couple of miles and it will start to descend with sea views directly ahead. Keep left as you pass the phone box and waterfall (do not turn right as this will take you down to Carsaig House) and follow the road up. Pass Inniemore Lodge. As the road starts to descend the Power House is the next on the right before the road turns sharp left down to the sea.
